These SMS Terms govern the text message programs operated by KETRO (Ketro, Inc.). They apply in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Our Text Message Programs

KETRO operates three separate text message programs. You may consent to any, all, or none of them. Each program is consented to separately, and consent to one does not enroll you in another.

1. KETRO Account & Order Notifications

Recurring automated text messages about your KETRO account and orders. Messages are limited to opt-in confirmation, notice that a secure account update is available, order status changes, and delivery updates.

2. KETRO Questionnaire Reminders

Recurring automated text message reminders sent if you begin a KETRO health questionnaire and do not finish it. Messages state only that a saved questionnaire is incomplete and provide a link to return to it.

3. KETRO CALM Marketing Alerts

Recurring automated promotional and marketing text messages about KETRO's over-the-counter products, such as CALM: Magnesium Cream. Messages may include product news, offers and discounts, cart and checkout reminders, replenishment reminders, and re-engagement messages.

What Our Messages Do Not Contain

Messages in the Account & Order Notifications and Questionnaire Reminders programs do not contain medication names, diagnoses, treatment details, prescribing decisions, pricing, discounts, offers, or promotional content. Any health information or detailed order information is available only after you sign in to your secure KETRO account.

The CALM Marketing Alerts program contains promotional content about over-the-counter products only. No KETRO text message program ever contains medication names, prescription information, diagnoses, treatment details, or prescribing decisions.

How to Opt In

You opt in to Account & Order Notifications and Questionnaire Reminders by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box for the program you want, during the KETRO online health questionnaire. You opt in to CALM Marketing Alerts by checking the optional “Text me with news and offers” box at checkout on ketroskin.com and providing your mobile number. Entering a delivery phone number alone does not enroll you. See our CALM checkout consent evidence. Consent boxes are unchecked by default.

Consent to receive text messages is optional. It is not a condition of any purchase and is not a condition of receiving care. You may complete the questionnaire and place an order without consenting to text messages.

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in.

Message frequency varies.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. KETRO does not charge for these messages; charges, if any, come from your mobile carrier.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages from that program. You may also contact us using the details below to be removed.

Because each program uses its own phone number, replying STOP to one program stops that program. To stop all programs, reply STOP to a message from each, or contact us and we will remove you from all of them.

Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories described in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We share mobile information only with subcontractors and service providers who support our services, such as our messaging platform, telehealth platform, and fulfillment partners, and only so they can provide those services on our behalf.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date.
