CALM SMS Consent Evidence

Verified October 6, 2026. This page documents the existing optional SMS marketing consent at KETRO's Shopify checkout for CALM Magnesium Cream. It is provided for carrier review. These screenshots contain no customer information and no order was submitted.

Where consent is collected

Visit the CALM Magnesium Cream product page, add CALM to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Reviewers may use this direct CALM checkout entry.

Under Delivery, below the optional delivery phone field, find Text me with news and offers. This checkbox is unchecked by default. Checking it reveals the mobile phone field and the full SMS disclosure. A customer may leave the checkbox unchecked and continue checkout. Entering a delivery phone number alone does not opt the customer into SMS marketing.

CALM Marketing Alerts cover our over-the-counter CALM Magnesium Cream, including product news, offers, and cart reminders. This checkout choice is separate from our prescription-care account notifications and questionnaire reminders. A phone number or consent to prescription-care texts is not consent to CALM marketing.
