SMS Consent Evidence

This page documents how KETRO collects SMS messaging consent during its online health questionnaire. It is published for carrier and campaign-registry verification. Screenshots captured August 5, 2026. No patient information appears on this page.

Where consent is collected

Entry point: https://rx.ketroskin.com/start-online-visit/rx-pain-gel

Step order: (1) date of birth, (2) sex assigned at birth, (3) the "Basics" step, which collects mobile number and zip code and presents the SMS consent checkbox. The consent checkbox appears on the third screen of the flow. No login or payment is required to reach it.

Key facts

  • The consent checkbox is unchecked by default.
  • Consent is optional: the user can complete the step, and the entire questionnaire, without checking the box. Screenshots 3 and 4 below show the flow advancing with the box left unchecked.
  • Users must pass a date-of-birth gate before reaching the consent step; users under 18 cannot proceed.
  • Consent applies to account, order, delivery, and questionnaire-completion notifications only. KETRO text messages contain no medication names, pricing, discounts, offers, or promotional content.
